- Get permission from your workplace or place of worship to have a bin or receptacle for items. A prominent place is best, and clear signage is helpful.
- Advertise! Do you have a bulletin or newsletter? An all-staff email? A breakroom you can post signs in?
- Decide the date you will drop off the supplies, so that we can be ready to take them and thank you!
Common Questions
Can you speak to our group?
Yes! Contact our education department at 509-789-9311 and one of us will come out to explain our services.
Do you provide receipts?
We are obligated to provide you a single receipt at drop-off, but if you have a single donor who needs their own receipt, it is no problem. Just let us know ahead of time.
Do I have to let you know what I am up to?
It's helpful for us to know, but not necessary. However, if we do know, we can help you with signage and ideas for critical needs.
