You know that great sweater hanging in your closet that you love, but never wear? It can make all the difference to a woman looking for work!
We accept gently used or new:
- slacks, chinos, nice jeans
- dresses, skirts, suits, blazers
- blouses, tanks, sweaters
- coats, jackets, scarves, gloves
- accessories (earrings, necklaces, belts, scarves, etc)
- handbags, wallets, make-up bags
- socks and shoes
- bras, pajamas
- make-up, hair products/tools
- toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, lotions, perfume)
- personal necessities (individually wrapped tampons and/or pads, toilet paper, cotton balls/swabs, etc)
- Interview appropriate portfolios/notepads, bags, thank you notes, nice pens, calendars/planners - anything you would want to have for your interview!
- deodorant, mascara, lip gloss
- toothbrushes
- underwear

Drop off donations at the YWCA, 930 N. Monroe anytime Monday-Friday, from 8am-5pm. There is a cart outside of our reception area for after hours donations.
Volunteer your time
Do you work in human resources? Do a lot of hiring? Are you great at helping people learn computer software? Love fashion? Organizing events and clothing/necessity drives?
